What is the shelf life of your meals?
All meals are labeled with a 5-day expiration date from the time they were cooked.
What are the meals?
Our Meals are our version of your favorite dishes!! We currently have approximately 75 Popular Meals on our menu; however we can’t cook all options at once so the menu is updated and rotated every two weeks to include 8-12 options. The new menu published every two-three weeks on Sunday.
Our Custom Meal menus are available 24/7/365.
What are your portion sizes of your meals?
Two portion sizes are available. Half and Full portions. A Half portion is generally between 4-6oz of protein depending on the type of meal and protein you get, and a Full portion is between 7- 8oz of protein.
What if I have food allergies?
We make every effort and use best practices to avoid cross contamination, but we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with your meals.
Food allergy reactions can range from mild to severe. We urge you to use caution when ordering Easy Eats meals. If you have a food allergy, please let us know at the time of your first order. Furthermore, if your allergy is moderate to severe we encourage you to contact us ahead of time as we are happy to answer any questions and address any concerns.
Can meals be frozen?
Yes. However, we do not freeze any of our meals internally and every meal leaves our kitchen freshly cooked. Please keep in mind that we do ship using dry ice which may cause some meals to freeze during transit.
what are the re-heating instructions?
As all of our meals are shipped fresh, and never frozen for most Custom and Popular Meals we suggest cracking open the corner or the lid and reheating them in your microwave on high for 60-90 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. This is a personal preference and if you like your meals hotter then 90-120 seconds should suffice. For pancakes and some of our breakfast options we suggest 30-45 seconds, as our meal containers will also steam your food as it is being reheated.
What if I have questions before I place my order or questions regarding an existing order?
If you have questions before you place your order, or regarding an existing order please contact us directly by email at email@example.com . All emails will be answered or returned with in 24 hours.
If you have received your order and have concerns, please be sure to report the issue within 48 hours of receiving. If there is an issue with your meals please include photos to help expedite a solution.
DO you offer pick up from your kitchen ?
No, however you can pick up meal orders from our two locations as well as retail shop and local gyms in the near future. We also deliver (Fee Included)

How do I know when my meals are ready to be picked up?
You will receive an “Order Completion” e-mail the morning of the day your meals will be dropped off at retail location. It is recommended that you call the pickup location prior to arrival to ensure your meals have been delivered.
Do you cater?
Yes we do! currently we offer drop off catering only!
